A $49 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your session time and date. The remaining amount of $200 is due at the time of your session. Session will be held at Chinsegut Hill Historic Site in Brooksville November 25th 2026 . Session is 20 minutes, and includes 30+ digital files via download with print release. Session can be used for Family, Maternity, Couples, just kids, Engagement, Anniversary, Mommy & Me, Newborn and Senior.

includes up to 6 people, additional family members may be added for a small fee

After the session I select the ones feel are best for editing. Turn around time is 5-7 Days!

General issues..

I have received permission to hold sessions at this location! ❤️ The county is currently in the process of having another company take over the property, but I was told that it shouldn’t be a problem and that we can still do photos here.

I just wanted to give everyone a little heads-up that, in the unlikely event something changes, we may have to switch locations. But I’m 99% sure we’ll be able to use this beautiful spot as planned! 🥰📸

WEATHER | If weather is bad (up to the photographer) we may have to reschedule or if photographer is not able to reschedule the deposit will be refunded.

SICK If you or your child are sick please let me know and we will try to reschedule (there is no promise I will be able to reschedule). I’m normally able to edit out booboos.

TARDINESS TO SESSION | If you arrive late to a session it will mean loss of time to get the best images and loss of images and you are still responsible for full cost of session.
